1. Acceptance of Terms

By messaging our Facebook Page, using our Messenger workflow, or visiting related public pages at shop.p4i.us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Messenger service. You may still contact the business through other available public contact methods.

3. What the Service Does

The service helps customers ask questions about sarees, three-piece sets, fabrics, women's clothing, fashion items, pricing, availability, delivery, and order support through Facebook Messenger.

It also helps page admins manage conversations, collect product inquiries, prepare order follow-ups, and provide faster support.

4. Products, Pricing, and Orders

  • Product photos, prices, color, size, stock, and delivery details may change without prior notice.
  • Messenger replies may provide product information, but an order is confirmed only when an authorized business admin confirms it.
  • Payment, delivery charge, delivery time, return, exchange, and cancellation policies may vary by product, campaign, customer location, and business decision.
  • Customers are responsible for checking product details, measurements, color expectations, and delivery information before confirming an order.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information.
  • Do not send abusive, illegal, misleading, spam, or harmful content through Messenger.
  • Do not attempt to access, copy, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the dashboard, API, database, or bot workflow.
  • Respect Facebook, Meta, and applicable platform rules while using Messenger.

6. Automated and AI-Assisted Replies

Some Messenger responses may be generated automatically or with AI assistance based on page settings, product data, and approved support content. Automated replies are provided for convenience and customer support.

AI-assisted replies may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Final decisions about products, prices, stock, orders, payment, delivery, return, and support are handled by the business admin.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request removal of personal data by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Availability and Limitation
