1. Customer Data Deletion Request
If you contacted MonerMoton.com through Facebook Messenger and want your personal data deleted from our support system, send an email to zayedislam33@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your Facebook profile name used to message the Page.
- The Facebook Page name: MonerMoton.com or মনের মতোন .কম-MonerMoton.com.
- Approximate date of the Messenger conversation.
- Any phone number, order ID, or product inquiry details you provided, if available.
- A clear sentence such as: "Please delete my Messenger support data."
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting records so that another person cannot delete your information without permission.

3. Connected Page or Admin Data Deletion
If you are a Facebook Page admin and want a connected Page, Page token, product data, customer inbox data, or bot configuration removed from our system, contact the service operator by email.
Please include:
- Connected Facebook Page name and Page ID, if known.
- Your admin email or contact details.
- The type of data you want removed: Page configuration, Messenger conversations, product/knowledge data, logs, or all Page-related data.
- Proof that you are authorized to request deletion for that Page.
4. Remove App Access from Facebook
You may also remove app access from your Facebook account where applicable:
- Open Facebook settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites.
- Find the related app or business integration.
- Choose Remove.
Removing app access from Facebook may stop future access, but it does not automatically delete all records already stored in our support system. Please email us for a direct deletion request.
5. Information That May Be Retained
Some limited information may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, backup recovery, or legitimate business records. When full deletion is not possible, we will limit retained data to what is necessary.
6. Review and Confirmation Timeline
- We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days.
- After verification, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or technical reasons.
- When the request is completed, we will reply with confirmation using the email address used for the request.
